What? How to give a nice pitch?
Client? DG Recruitment and Development, FPS Policy and Support
Why? DG Recruitment and Development, FPS Policy and Support is a fairly new service where colleagues often do not exactly know what the other colleagues are doing and what service they offer to customers.
How? An elevator pitch is an instrument in which you clearly explain the added value of your service in a very short period of time or where you highlight specific services. Nido facilitated this learning process.
When? Q4 2018
Outcome? Employees of this service who learned to sell, but also mainly thought about the added value of their daily activities. A few recorded their pitch in a video and shared it with colleagues. For Nido, it was a way of taking the example of using tools and methods and passing them on as a facilitator. Through this action, FPS Bosa employees also got to know the innovation lab better.
